Citizens Planning and Housing Association Neighborhood Resource Bank(NRB) Director City-wide community-based support organization. Conducted workshops on self-help projects such as Rat Rub-Out, community clean-ups and recycling, beautification and other community-related concerns. Created a Community Resource Center working with a variety of city agencies on special events and community projects. Operated two warehouses to solicit and distribute donated goods to non-profit members. NRB played a major role in coordinating the "Shape-Up Baltimore" campaign, City Council President Mary Pat Clarke's "Off the Wall" campaign, and City Hall's Interagency Trash Coordinating Committee. Redeveloped NRB to become CRBM.
