Myles Hoenig is fighting to bring grassroots democracy back to City Hall. He believes that people should determine the future of Baltimore, not special interest groups. Myles Hoenig is a man of his word who believes that the citizens of the 14th District deserve a representative who will always fight for what they want and never back down.

Myles Hoenig has been a community activist for ten years, and is currently serving as the president of the Waverly Improvement Association. He listens to residents and has improved his community by working on projects like the new YMCA at Stadium Place, the new Giant grocery on 33rd St, Waverly's Main Street, and new street lights to make Waverly a safer place. He also works with other neighborhood groups, like Charles Village, the Memorial Stadium neighborhoods, Greater Homewood Community Corp, and the Woodberry community.

    Myles is also an environmental advocate. He's served as the Staff Director for Clean Water Action and currently serves on the board of the Woodberry Land Trust. Myles fights for what he believes in and works hard to preserve open spaces.

    Myles is a teacher, so he knows how important education is to Baltimore's future. He has been teaching in public schools and serves on many educational boards. He is a leader who is working to improve the quality of education for our students.
